Please understand that we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange after you have received your item. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Cancellations: if you contact us within 12 hours following your non-custom made order to cancel, and we have not dispatched your item yet, we will be able to offer you a refund. If the item is custom made we may not be able to offer you a refund on your cancellation. If we have already dispatched your custom made item, we will not be able to offer you a refund. Incorrect delivery details: Please contact us as soon as possible to make changes to your delivery details. Mobile care instructions: Please remember, once your baby is old enough to pull themselves up, to hang the mobile higher, so they won't be able to reach it. All our mobiles are for decoration purposes, they aren't toys. Please use a secured ceiling hook or crib arm to hang your mobile. The mobile can be lightly cleaned using a cloth, do not immerse them in water.
