Arranging collection and delivery

• For national delivery, take the item to the post office or courier pick up point.
• Sign-in to your madelocal account and review the order.
• Complete the tracking information if available.
• Add instructions e.g. delivery note, directions, collection time and location.
• Deliver the item locally or wait for the buyer to collect the item from you.
• The item is now ready to mark as Dispatched/Ready for collection.
