Congratulations! You have sold an item on madelocal and you’re probably wondering what happens next. This step by step guide is here to help.
You will receive an email from sales@madelocal.app confirming the order details. You can check your orders on the Dashboard as well.
Prepare the item for collection/delivery including any optional extras the buyer has chosen such as personalisation and gift wrapping.
When the item is ready go onto the Dashboard and change the status to dispatched/ready for collection depending on the option the buyer has selected. If collection has been selected you can add a note including suitable dates and times and any special instructions such as directions.
Deliver, post or hand the item to the buyer.
The proceeds of your sale will be automatically transferred into your bank account.
