This retro inspired zig zag patterned cushion set (2 cushions) with monochrome fringing would be the ideal addition to a set of sofa or bedroom cushions, providing an eye catching pattern for a neutral room scheme. The front of the cushion is a zig zag pattern, which is black and off-white in colour. The back of the cushion is plain black, with fringing running down both sides of the cushion. The fringing is a blend of black and white strands, giving a really funky two tone effect. These cushions were inspired by the monochrome schemes of the 1960s and so would look great within many different schemes, brighter colours or more muted tones. The set would be ideal at each end of a sofa, doubled up on a reading chair or mixed in with a larger selection of cushions around a room. This set is made up either of two of the larger 54cm cushions or two of the smaller 43cm size, depending on which size you choose! MATERIALS This cushion cover is made from two different fabrics, which are both linen cotton blends. The fringing on the edges is 100% viscose. Includes polyfibre cushion inserts. These cushions are fastened using a zip fastening on the bottom edge. SIZE The larger cushions each measure 54cm x 54cm and are made to fit a 56cm insert to give a plump appearance, as in the pictures. This size does not include the fringing on each edge: this fringing is 30mm in length. The smaller cushions each measure 43cm x 43cm and are made to fit a 45cm insert to give a plump appearance, as in the pictures. This size does not include the fringing on each edge: this fringing is also 30mm in length. CARE OF YOUR CUSHION The cushion cover should be washed in a cool wash, tumble dried at a low heat and ironed on a low setting, preferably using a pressing cloth to minimise the risk of scorching the fabric. The cushion cover is dry clean safe, but should not be bleached. I have found myself using a comb to straighten out the fringing to keep it looking at its best!
