Post items back to me, if agreed, within 7 days of delivery. Request a cancellation within 3 days of purchase. The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't except returns for • Custom or personalised orders • Items on sale Damaged/Faulty Items. Please check your item on delivery. If items do arrive damaged or faulty please let me know within 3 days to discuss and if agreed arrange to post them back within 7 days. The buyer is responsible for return costs. If I am not informed of damaged/faulty items within 3 days, then I will have no liability for the items said to be damaged/faulty on delivery. Conditions of return. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
