I was an executive assistant for many, many years and used crafting to relax and unwind. I started with cross-stitch until everyone in the family ran out of wall space for any more pictures. I'm retired now, the children have flown the nest and I've converted their bedroom into my sewing sanctuary. My passion now is for patchwork and crochet, and I just love seeing my ideas come to life. It's an amazing feeling when someone buys something I've created and loves it too.
